Over the years, we have created trophies and awards incorporating figurative sculpture, animals, agricultural subjects, symbolic forms and custom branding, with each project developed specifically for its client.

From Concept to Sculpture

Every custom award begins with a conversation.

We develop the initial idea through sketches, reference imagery and, where useful, digital visualisations before moving into three dimensions. The original is then sculpted by hand, allowing us to refine its proportions, character and surface.

Once the design has been approved, moulds can be made so that the sculpture can be reproduced as a limited series or as an award that returns year after year.

This makes bespoke sculpture particularly well suited to annual awards programmes: the underlying design can remain recognisable while details such as inscriptions, bases, finishes or patinas evolve from one year to the next.

Cast in Bronze

Bronze brings a sense of permanence and significance particularly suited to an award.

Our sculptures are cast at The Falconer Foundry using the traditional lost-wax process, before being chased, finished and individually patinated by hand. Timber, stone and other materials can be incorporated into bases, while engraved or etched plaques can carry the recipient's name, award category and year.

Because each bronze is hand finished, even an edition of matching trophies retains the subtle individuality of a crafted object.
